MERRY CITRUS - LEMON PARSLEY CARROTS

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lbs. Carrots peeled cut in 14inch slices

Boiling Water

1-1/2 tbsp. Sugar

1 tbsp. Minced Parsley

1 to 2 tbsp. Margarine or Butter

Grated peel and juice of 1/2 Sunkist Lemon

In large Saucepan, cook carrots, covered, in 1 inch of boiling water until just tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and return carrots to saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and heat. Makes 6 servings (about 3 cups).
