MARINO RISTORANTE CIPOLLINE ALL'ARGO DOLCE

(Italian Sweet and Sour sauce)

 

Peel onions for the Cipolline Padovane. Place olive oil in pan and sear onions. Add salt and pepper and let onions cook until both sides of onions change color.

Add (tea cup) splash of white vinegar. Let vinegar reduce. To complete the Cipolline All'argo Dolce: Add four cups marinara sauce. Add 1 deminasse cup sugar.

Cook 25 minutes or until onions are soft.
