FROZEN GRAPE TREATS

California Table Grapes as well as all seedless grapes can be frozen to make a great, virtually non-fat, cholesterol free dessert. Substitute for cakes, candy & fattening snacks.

Simply remove the seedless grapes (any color) from the stems, wash and drain dry. Then place on a cookie sheet or a layer of wax paper and freeze until rock solid. Then remove and "knock" the grapes free with your fingers and place in Zip Lock Freezer Bags until ready to eat.

Amazingly, the grapes taste much sweeter this way and are like candy. Pour out into a bowl and they will "Frost" up beautifully. Eat like candy within 5 minutes of removal from the freezer. Great over Ice Cream, Frozen Yogurt or Sherbet.
