California Avocado Tacos
1 California Avocado Seeded and Peeled.
1 Onion
1 1/2 cups Fresh Tomato Salsa (Try our Watermelon Fire and Ice or Fresh Tomato Salsas)
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 cup Minced Cilantro
2 Red Bell Peppers
12 Flour Tortillas
Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cut onion and bell peppers into julienne strips and sauté lightly. Cut avocado into 12 slices. Warm tortillas in oven and fill with sautéed peppers and onions, cilantro, avocado slices and salsa. Add chicken, beef, or pork as desired.
