Basic Vinaigrette
1/2 Cup Wine Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 cups Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Dijon Style Mustard
Leann juice (optional)
Mix in a jar: wine vinegar, salt, dash pepper, and oil. For a more piquant vinaigrette, add up to substituted for vinegar or used in combination. Add garlic, minced or pressed, and herb to taste.
